The Chinese Cultural & Arts Institute is a independent 501 (c)(3) nonprofit located in Harrisburg, PA in the United States and IS NOT affiliated with the Confucius Institutes, People’s Republic of China, or the CCP, and does not accept funding from any of them. The Founder is a graduate of The Juilliard School and is from Taiwan, Republic Of China, a free independent country.
